Today’s running music is all about alternative rock (or is it just plain “alternative”?). In this running playlist, I added some music that is a bit off the beaten path and tried to find some songs that are not always played on the radio on mainstream channels.

I also included some free music (only on amazon and it may not be free if they change stuff on their side, but it was free when I last looked).

This Alternative music running playlist is 40 minutes long and averages out at 139 BPM.
